About us

Values

At SIL3X, we are committed to decarbonising our world by designing and optimising your energy systems.
We are proud of our independence: we are not affiliated with software vendors or equipment manufacturers. We rely on a complete open-source toolchain to deliver our work.

Our values are curiosity, rigour, transparency, and commitment.

Your challenges

Performance, flexibility, and regulatory compliance are our clients’ main priorities—and where we deliver measurable benefits.

Antoine, CEO

A desire to grow expertise and make SIL3X a place of constant technical stimulation led to the company’s founding. He may wear the CEO hat, but his role above all is to make sure the team enjoys their work.

Matthieu, Simulation Director

The quiet strength. Matthieu is our CFD expert; he delivers complete studies even on tight deadlines. His secret? Years of experience, knowing exactly what’s needed without overdoing it, and in-house scripts to streamline model building.

Felix, Scientific Director

Passionate about physics, insatiably curious, committed to decarbonisation. Felix can model complex phenomena in no time so you can quantify and analyse more efficiently.

Nicolas, Business Development Director

PhD in fluid mechanics, he joined the dark side and put on a sales hat when he joined SIL3X. He bridges technical discussions and client needs, oversees projects, and attends trade shows to meet you.

Léo, Multi-Physics Engineer

Main contact for datacenters, Léo knows PUE and WUE studies inside out. A generalist, he moves easily from optimising existing models to innovative design.

Sophie, Multi-Physics Engineer

Fresh out of engineering school, Sophie chose to join the SIL3X adventure. She brings key mechanical engineering skills to the team. Her independence and curiosity have helped her ramp up quickly.
